Exciting "Health and Wellbeing Festival" in the heart of Edmonton

On Saturday 29th June from 12pm-4pm, we're presenting an Exciting Health and Wellbeing Festival in the heart of Edmonton (@ Edmonton Green Shopping Centre) as part of our year-long Health Heroes Unite pilot project supported by NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board. This project recognizes that health is fundamental to our families' well-being and aims to bridge the gap between residents and local health services and opportunities.

At our Health and Wellbeing Festival, you'll discover a dynamic lineup of activities and resources designed to empower our community. From connecting residents with local health services to exploring exciting avenues for personal growth, this festival promises something for everyone. The event, which is shaping up to be quite engaging, will feature local celebrities such as Stevo the Mad Man (Main stage host), Sandi Boyle and Sandra Martin from Channel 4's Googlebox, 90’s Dance Queen - Rozalla, and 80’s reggae star - Tippa Irie + Austin Saju Joseph , the winner of Enfield’s Got Talent 2024. NB: 'meet and greet' with some celebrities will take place throughout the day

Following the event, the Edmonton Community Partnership (ECP) will oversee a limited Community Chest Fund, accessible to both adults and young people. This fund will support other community groups, residents, and schools in organizing their health initiatives, fostering a culture of proactive health management.

So mark your calendars and join us on June 29th for a day filled with inspiration, education, and community connection. Together, let's build a healthier, happier Edmonton!

Looking forward to seeing you there!
