Portia and Dillion aren’t leading the #WhatIf? project. They do something just as vital: they make it possible.

Before a young person can grasp maths or sit for a test, they need to feel safe enough to show up—and stay—in the room. Portia and Dillion work with those students. They rebuild confidence, create calm, and help unlock Isaac Anoom’s extraordinary teaching.

In 8 of our schools, they are the bridge between chaos and classroom.
