HAF Programme

Free creative and active holiday programs and nutritious food to over 200 vulnerable children on free school meals this Easter.

Fun & Food: Our Holiday Activities Programme

The Government’s Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) programme is designed to support vulnerable young people outside of school hours. This important initiative provides a fun, safe space where children and young people eligible for free school meals can take part in enriching holiday programmes—completely free of charge.

Through our strong network of school partnerships, ECP proudly coordinates a variety of engaging activities during the school holidays, with funding generously provided by Enfield Council.

Making a Difference During the Holidays

We’re proud to offer multiple days of exciting activities each holiday season, supporting hundreds of children and young people in the Edmonton and Ponders End areas. Children enjoy a wide range of experiences, such as:

  • Drama
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Music
  • Sports
  • Fitness and wellbeing sessions

Alongside the fun, we ensure each young person receives a nutritious meal, take-home food kits, and the occasional treat!

We’re incredibly grateful to work alongside a brilliant team of local partners who help bring this programme to life every holiday.
