Local Roots. Lived Experience. Community Leadership.
Iveta Bejaoui brings to ECP her genuine drive for positive change for our children, families and community, being a strong believer in shared value and the power of their voices being heard. As a long-standing resident of Edmonton, a qualified teacher, with over 25 years corporate and education sectors experience, Iveta has a deep understanding of the challenges our communities in Edmonton are facing.
In her previous roles, she led a wide range of successful initiatives, stakeholder engagement, managing projects, secured funding, and empowered children to achieve recognised accolades such as the Eco-Schools Green Flag, International Schools Accreditation, and the TfL STARS Gold Award. Iveta will continue to drive ECPs vision, working collaboratively with the team and our partners across the partnerships. She is also drawing on her passion to empower children and young people to become responsible local and global citizens, and is supporting the development of schools’ Climate Action Plan as a Climate Ambassador working in partnership with UCL.
