Inspiring Confidence Through Coaching
Dillon White leads our dynamic sports and mentoring strand, with a strong focus on increasing girls’ participation in football as a tool for building confidence, health, and inclusion. With a hands-on, trust-building approach, Dillon has mentored over 185 children across schools—empowering 120 girls and 65 boys through weekly coaching sessions, team-building workshops, and community sport events. His work has been especially impactful in breaking down barriers for underrepresented groups, developing girls-only programmes across six schools, and guiding three young leaders into paid coaching roles.
As the founder of Blanco Activities, Dillon champions the motto “Lead by example and support the lives of all.” His vision is rooted in providing better opportunities for young people to reach their full potential, particularly those at risk of exclusion or disengagement. Whether through sport or mentorship, Dillon’s consistent and passionate efforts continue to inspire positive change in both schools and the wider community.
